My washing machine wasn’t actually broken in the end … I’d put too much washing liquid in and the foam was coming out . However Nick moved the washer for me so I could clean the back and cleaned the filter and gave me good advice on the correct amount of liquid to use and some of the settings

Firstly, for an absolute technophobe, the website was so easy to use to book my repair. Chris, who travelled from Blackburn to Thornton-Cleveleys, was very prompt. He introduced himself and was extremely polite. He was thorough with locating the cause of my machine not working. Unfortunately my washing machine could not be fixed there and then. Due to the expense of the electrical system required, we decided to purchase a new machine. That said, I highly recommend.
